Old Boys’ Day – Saturday 15 September
Old Boys’ Day, Saturday 15 September, our final home game against Churchie, has been set aside to raise much-needed funds for our struggling farmers in drought stricken areas across the country. There will be a number of fundraising opportunities throughout the day to support those rural families in need. Click here for further details.
College wide fundraising initiatives, including the recent Middle School bake sale and Boarding House fundraising dinner, have already raised much needed donations for this worthy cause.
A donation will be made on behalf of the BBC Community to support Australian farmers in drought affected areas.
Supporting Members Of The GPS Community
GPS 100 Caps
Over the remaining home and away games, limited edition GPS 100 Spirit of Fellowship caps will be on sale with proceeds going towards supporting students who have suffered spinal injuries this season.
Tickets are $50.00 each and limited to 1000.
Major Prize: Toyota Corolla Hatch valued at over $26,000, supplied by Sci-Fleet Motors.
Other significant prizes include jewellery and ASICS sportswear. Tickets on sale at weekend games. The raffle will be drawn at the end of Term 3.
Crazy Sock Day
The College (Prep to Year 12) will be holding a Crazy Sock Day on Tuesday 28 August. Students are invited to make a gold coin donation. Monies raised will go towards supporting the rehabilitation of injured students within our GPS Rugby community.
The BBC community is asked to open their hearts to raise much needed funds to support these very worthy causes.
